Authorities allege that an Allentown man accused of having child pornography also filmed himself masturbating outside an Allentown daycare. Allentown police charged Alex G. Ramos, of Hamilton Street, with felony counts of child pornography and disseminating child porn along with misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and open lewdness.
