Well versed in playing host, Marah and Simon graduated from house party to epic warehouse party with all the trimmings for their Melbourne wedding. Photographer Jackson Grant came along for the ride, which kicked off at the Footscray Amphitheater and continued in a haze of coloured smoke, disco balls and neon at The Line. The blank canvas warehouse venue was the perfect spot to bring their vibrant vision to life, with Bangin Hangins streamer installations and quirky-meets-cosy styling by Good Day Club. Marah wore an incredible long-sleeve, sequin gown from New Zealand based bridal designer, Boom Blush. She paired it with limited edition silver RM Williams boots and custom earrings by Susan Ewington , the Melbourne Jeweller who also crafted her wedding band.

It took Lucy and Gerard just eleven weeks to plan their urban Footscray wedding. We join Lucy and Gerard as they see each other for the first time before their ceremony, Photographer Tony Evans captured it all. He was so helpful in planning and made us feel so relaxed on the day. We decided to do a first look and most of our photos beforehand so we could maximise our time with everyone and Tony made that time so much fun. We cannot recommend Tony Evans enough. He is such a great guy and absolutely nailed our photos without making us feel like we were posing or being anything but ourselves. I turned up at A Flower Affair on the day of the wedding and they were fabulous and arranged the perfect bunch with no notice. The amphitheatre at FCAC and The Line were perfect — we were able to get married outside overlooking the city, even though it was a freezing day.

I believe that we are all on different paths, but that it is possible for us to travel on different paths side-by-side. If you marry her, you're marrying into a cult, a mild cult as far as cults go, but a cult nonetheless. My husband is on call today, gone the entire weekend. She's already past her prime in the Mormon dating market. I just graduated college and my boyfriend has one more year. This is by design. If you have any questions about Mormonism doctrine or things or other angles on what she says feel free to message me. And it was the most miserable and lousy choice I ever made.
