The self-proclaimed healer argued that just 30 seconds of sun on the nether regions is equivalent to spending a day in the sun fully-clothed, adding that it gives her 'surges of energy', better sleep, as well as 'so much creativity in life. One Twitter user shocked social media users when they shared Meagan's post online in a now viral tweet , writing: 'People out here butt-chugging sunlight.
